CROSSOVER

The superb three-dimensional performance of the Reality 3D speaker is the result of new design philosophies employed in the crossover network. The crossover has been fine-tuned in more than a year to do optimal performance.
The frequency response linearity is very precise and intensely phase linear both on- and off-axis.

The combination of high sensitivity (88dB / 1m / 6ohm) and no shifts in the impedance curve makes the REALITY 3D loudspeaker an easy load for any amplifier.

The crossover components are of the highest quality, and have been selected only after intensive listening sessions. Only Mundorf capacitors (M-CAP®), distortion-less air coils, and "none-inductive" metal oxide resistors are used.

To avoid cross-talk the low- and high-pass filters are separated on two printed circuit boards that are placed in the bottom of the cabinet and wired to the units in each side of the cabinet (cores of 2 x 2.5mm2 pure copper).
